Knuth Hinge Company, a domestic hinge manufacturer and latch manufacturer, was founded in 1960 to satisfy the requirements of customers who needed small or large quantities of hinges and latches or prototypes quickly–with reasonable prices. All our hinges and latches are proudly made in America.

Precision hinge engineering has always been the primary focus of our organization. The engineering backgrounds of the Knuth Hinge principals allows us to design and manufacture high quality hinges and latches with tight tolerances. Only Knuth Hinge punches the hole or piercing patterns into the hinge after forming to maintain + .005 inch positional tolerance. In addition to holding tight tolerances, Knuth Hinge manufactures hinges and latches with special finishes, piercings, and custom formations for leaves and pins.
